Once you're a member, use this form to submit an application for any program that you will either be producing yourself, or providing from an outside source.
Please note, CAT equipment/facilities are only to be used for making programs for CAT.

Use this form to request field equipment or time in CAT's editing suite.
Please note, in order to check out CAT equipment/facilities, you must first:
*take a Hands-On Training class (or test out)
*fill out a Program Application
