Jason D. Simmons is a private practice attorney in Columbia and a Partner in the firm of Cripps & Simmons, LLC. His practice focuses in the areas of business planning, tax planning and controversy, estate and trust administration, probate estates, real estate transactions and fiduciary litigation. Professionally, Jason is a member of the Missouri Bar, Boone County Bar Association and the Mid-Missouri Estate Planning Council.

Jason moved to the Columbia area in April of 2003 and quickly became involved in the community by joining the Columbia Kiwanis Club. He served as President of that organization during the 2006 - 2007 administrative year, and currently serves as the monthly newsletter editor. Jason also enjoys volunteering his time judging various student competitions held at MU's Law School, including moot court, client counseling and negotiation competitions.
